Korea Visa Extension Guide
Do permanent residents (F-5) need to extend their visa?
No — the permanent resident (F-5) status does not require stay extensions. However, the residence card (permanent resident card) must be reissued every 10 years.
Apply for reissuance as your card expiry approaches. Reservations can also be made on HiKorea.
